We received notice this morning that Doug Weed, former missionary to Mexico, went home to be with the Lord. He was a youth pastor in Hampton, VA, where he influenced many young people concerning God's will for their lives. On a missionary trip to Mexico in 1986, God moved in Doug's heart to go to Mexico where his family and he served for several decades. TBC has supported him for most of those years. He most recently had been suffering with long-term illnesses. He was faithful to the end. Let's pray for his wife, Roberta, and all his adult children and their families.
