Brother Sheets, Dean of TBBCS, had a recent biopsy and was informed by a local dermatologist in Hickory, NC, that the place on the side of his face is skin cell carcinoma. The Sheets are awaiting approval from the Veteran's Benefits Office concerning civilian treatment close to them. The treatment will include removal of the cancer with adequate margins and then a subsequent plastic surgery procedure as needed. They know God is in control, but covet your prayers in their behalf. Let's lift them up in prayer. We will share more details as they are revealed to us by the Sheets.
