Siony Peterson recently had surgery to remove a large growth near her thyroid gland in her neck. Her thyroid gland and lymph nodes on the left side of her neck were removed also. The pathology report came back positive for cancer. She has since had a subsequent surgery to remove lymph nodes on the right side also. She is resting well after her most recent surgery today. At this time, they are awaiting the results from pathology for any involvement in those lymph nodes or other parts of her body. Cancer is a scary word โฆ but the comfort of Godโs Word and the love of Godโs people make a real difference in such difficult times. Earnestly pray for these dear folks.

Thank you Tabernacle family for your sweet texts and prayers. I had a follow up appointment today. The second pathology report came back with non cancerous lymph nodes detected. Praise the Lord. The next step is to get a scan of my chest sometime soon and wait for results. Then wait for the next steps! Love and miss you all โค๏ธ
