My brother Carl who I and his girlfriend Cathy have been witnessing to has trusted in the Lord as savior and was recently baptized.
PRAISE
The deaths of three Americans in wartime conditions this week has led many to despair.
I personally see Pastor's point that no politician will ever solve the huge mess we find ourselves in worldwide.
But Jesus . . .
And I find it is okay this week to bring God into secular conversations. So there is something good in all the despair.
Non-Christians are very cynical right now and cynical ideas easily lead onward to hopelessness.
We can help them not be hopeless (last Sunday's sermon).
