The orthopedic surgeon has been treating me for my left knee pain for several months, but the pain still persists. Therefore, I am getting a knee replacement.

Good afternoon,
My surgery date will be Thursday, Sept. 26th. My arrival time is 5:30 AM. I will be the first patient for surgery. They will get ready for the surgery around 7:30 AM. The plan is to discharge me to go home the next day.
I have a specific prayer request for this surgery. The anesthesia usually makes me so, so nauseated soon after I awake, and I'll throw-up for most of the day. They say they give me anti-nausea meds before and after surgery, but they haven't worked so good in the past. Surgery will be at Sentara Leigh Hospital. Thank you so much for your prayers!
