Had another follow-up appointment today...said I'm healing really well..too well because I'm making too much scar tissue. Even though I thought I should be healing faster and doing more, he said because I had 2 surgeries at once to not get discouraged as he was pleased with my progress, but not to push too much as he doesn't want me to undo the surgery. I'm to slowly work on coming out of the boot and use an ankle brace. Going to start physical therapy which will help with mobility and pain issues; off work 6 more weeks then re-evaluate.
