Yes, today is my 68th birthday. I have received texts, phone calls, Facebook messages, and well wishes from you and others from around the world. However, the best gift was watching YOU, our people, sacrificially and unselflessly minister to the Nick Salamone family today. I cannot tell you how proud I was to see all of you love folks that you had never met before. From the preliminary work of planning the service, publishing the bulletin, planning the meal, fixing the food, setting up for the meal to cleaning up everything after all was over - YOU WERE ALL AMAZING! You Made a Difference today and I loved watching it happen.
