Just an update from this morning. They came and took Dad early this morning for the series of tests that will help determine his treatment going forward. He came through those procedures well! Thankfully all the work they did on his heart in December looks great. It seems the cause of the problem now is a severely leaking mitral valve. He will need another procedure to correct this, but the doctors are not sure yet when that will occur. Thank you for praying for him and for all of us. Although these complications are not normal for someone who has had this much work done on his heart in the last 6 months, we are grateful to be moving toward a solution. Dad has had great opportunities to share Christ with his care team. Pray for God’s work to continue even in the midst of these challenges. We love you all and thank you for your support.
