In several of my areas at work I have to take regular online training modules. One agency just rolled out a new module which did not seem to have been completely tested yet. I may have been one of the first to attempt the test.

Problem #1 was that you got five attempts to pass the test but were locked out of the review material in between tests. You also were not shown why your wrong answers were wrong. And they were the type of question where you had to "check all answers that apply."

Problem #2 was that 1-2 questions were not graded each test. You had to get 20 of 25 to pass and they were difficult questions. So you really had to get 21-22 to make up for the ones that were left out.

Problem #3 was a couple of glitches I caught where the actual answer was off.

So . . . I got to my fourth attempt yesterday and still had not passed the test. I told the boss he might have to write me an excuse for a re-enrollment if I did not pass attempt #5. Then I went home.

This morning I passed my fifth attempt. There were five people who knew I had been stressing. They all got to hear how God gave me an early Easter present!
