Can we praise God for beautiful things on earth?
Noel found an Amazon series for us that is squeaky clean and the best ensemble series ever! It is the remake of All Creatures Great and Small, but this time they did not change every accent to the King’s English. Veterinarian James Herriott comes from Glasgow and has a Scottish accent. Almost everybody else has a Yorkshire accent because the series is set in Yorkshire.
It will make you scream with laughter! It will make you cry with compassion! It will make you smile with joy at the lovely scenery and all the sweet animals in the veterinary practice . . . and their people.
It is like the Waltons for Britain (for those of us who remember that show)!
We just saw the season two Christmas episode and I can’t stop smiling!
