Tuesday Update, 12/30

Praise the Lord that after fifteen days, a heart cath, a bypass surgery, a surgical ablation, and a cardio version, Dad has been released from the hospital! We got the all clear from his doctors today that his heart returned to a normal rhythm during the night last night. He did not require a pacemaker so they sent us home today! It has been a long couple of weeks, but we are so very grateful for the staff and doctors who have compassionately cared for Dad through each step of this process. It will be a little bit yet before we are ready to take visitors while we figure out the new normal at home, and he gets some rest. But what better place to do that than at home with family. We are overwhelmed and so grateful at all the support shown and prayers offered for Dad and our whole family. Please feel free to reach out for updates in the weeks ahead. Our desire is that our Savior would receive the glory for all these things and that people would come to Christ because of the valley we have walked.
