Visits Welcome
Update on Thursday around 4PM
We have some solid info with which to update you. We expect Dad to be at Sentara Leigh at least until Monday if not longer. There are 40 patients in the ER waiting to be admitted to Norfolk General and at least one other cardiac patient ahead of Dad to be transferred. So with that information, we are settling in for the next few days. If you would like to visit with Dad, that would be welcome. Please consider visiting virtually or sending messages if you have been sick recently. We really need to keep Dad as healthy as possible while we wait for the likely surgery in the next few weeks. Mom and Abby both have some work responsibilities that they will be caring for as well so visits with Dad will be welcome. Thank you again for your care for my parents.
