This morning update
Uneventful night. Rested fairly well between interruptions. Tylenol reintroduced as baseline 24 hour pain relief with Oxycodone 5 for breakthrough. Oxy tolerated well without bottoming pressure or breathing.
Drs preliminary rounds suggest she will be into a chair this morning and anticipating moving out of the ICU later today.
Cognition seemed a little more compromised last night and this morning most likely due to anesthesia and meds, but they are monitoring that as well.
Overall Drs VERY pleased with progress. They said she looks too good to be in ICU!
