Ray Again
We all had a tearful morning. I talked to Lynn, Ray’s mom, in the car on the way to work. Ray was still in the ICU with several more days in the hospital to go, then several weeks of rehab. He has a colostomy bag now and with the damage he has sustained over the years, he is probably keeping it for the rest of his life (he is 39).
Ray will need specialized nursing care with the bag because he does not have the small motor abilities to assume this care for himself. So he is going to have to leave the program he and Joey are in and live somewhere more able to care for this new level of need.
Pls pray for Ray—these delicate children often grow into adults whose bodies age way too quickly.
And pls pray for Joey to find a compatible new roommate who will help him to grow in his faith.

I will pray for Ray and family
