PRAYER REQUESTS 🙏🏼

I finished a visit by 7:30 AM. :-)

I went back to Wegman’s hoping to see Naalah and give her an Exchange tract.

Instead I got Anna, and more than five minutes to talk with her with no one waiting behind me in line.

She is a (young) Russian grandmother who moved here when the Soviet Union broke up in 1992. She is an Orthodox believer who was healed of cancer two years ago when she nearly died during treatments. She believes in the power of prayer and attends an Orthodox church in Norfolk every Sunday.

I should know their doctrine better by now, but I remember my Russian professor saying no one can be sure of Heaven until they die, which sounds like a works salvation.

I gave Anna an Exchange tract (she speaks excellent English). I told her we used to have a Russian Baptist Sunday school class and that the Russian pastor remains in the area. So she has a tract and our church address . . .

I believe God puts people in our path to witness and to pray for them.
