Good News for Ladies at the Shower Last Night
I have been wearing my pedometer since our vacation last month.
Today I went to Monticello with my bestie and walked 2.6 miles. Remarkably, just doing church yesterday, then helping with the shower last night, I walked 2.6 miles yesterday, too.
Something as easy as serving at a church event can really add the daily steps we need!
