PRAYER REQUESTS 🙏🏼

God protected us from a possible tragedy this past Saturday. We were working in the front yard. Beth was sitting in a chair on our front porch resting. She started hearing this buzzing sound. She turned to where it was coming from and the outdoor socket right next to the porch was sparking and smoking. We shut off the main breaker and it stopped. We then called the fire department to make sure there was no fire in the wall. They instructed us that we could not turn the power back on until a licensed electrician came and fixed the problem, and a city inspector came out to approve the repairs. So we’ve been staying in a hotel that my daughter was able to arrange for us (free to employees who are displaced because of some emergency. God always provides! Behold your God!).

The electrician who came and did the work told me that if it had sparked during the night or when no one was watching, we would have been dealing with a different situation. God’s protection is so awesome. I am at the house now waiting for the city inspector to come. Please help us pray that the work would be approved and that he would ok the power being turned back on so that we can get back into the house. Thank you so much for your faithful prayers and encouragement during this difficult time of seeing my Dad complete his lige course. It is all in God’s hands. Love you all.
